NUTRIDERMOLOGIE ® MENUS SUITED TO SKIN PROBLEMS

Dry skin

Be careful not to confuse dry skin and dehydrated skin. They do not have the same needs: dehydrated skin needs water / Dry skin is lacking in lipids and needs fatty nutrients. You need to have a complete analysis done with a NUTRIDERMOLOGIE® skin specialist in order to choose the right menu. Your skin dries out when it is attacked and can no longer produce enough lipids, which changes its protective function. Your skin can no longer defend itself against harmful effects, lacks balance and becomes rough and flaky with chapped marks and irritations. Both conditions tighten the skin, but dry skin flakes whereas dehydrated skin shows tiny lines.
