NUTRIDERMOLOGIE ® MENUS SUITED TO SKIN PROBLEMS
Oily skin
In contrast to dry skin, oily skin produces an excess of lipids: sebum.
An oily, shiny film covers your entire face, your pores dilate and clog up with bacteria, an environment favourable to the formation of pimples and inflammation. Your complexion is asphyxiated and has a cloudy look. People with oily skin tend to clean their face using strong descaling products, thinking that they will eliminate the excess sebum. In reality, the reverse occurs: the more the skin is exfoliated, the more lipids it produces, etc. Hormonal imbalances associated with stress are the main culprits in oily skin. This is why it affects most adolescents, as well as, more occasionally, adult women as part of their menstrual cycle.
