Exceptionally rare, it is obtained by means of a patented extraction process. Produced in various concentrations, based on the desired level of hydration, and in textures to be selected "à la carte" depending on the weather.
It is rounded out by its fructose, which locks in moisture, and by a fresh fragrance that highlights the grape blossoms.
