Argan oil, a "golden ageing antidote"
Just as Olive Oil, scientifically known for its overall anti-ageing effect on your metabolism, Argan oil is a powerful natural anti-ageing ingredient for your skin. A precious oil, it is rich in tocopherols (Vitamin E), natural substances that are antioxidant and trap free radicals, in beta-carotene, polyphenols, in oleic and linoleic acids, and in unsaturated fatty acids. Include Olive oil and Argan oil in your daily food intake for the entire family (as a seasoning, for example).

Fruits and vegetables, stimulants that are rich in Vitamin C These are primarily kiwi, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, mangoes and strawberries, along with red bell peppers, carrots and broccoli.
