Description:
When they are first harvested, coffee beans are green. At that stage, they are richer in caffeine and contain two essential oils: cafestol and kahweol, 2 molecules that are partially destroyed by roasting. Caffeine possesses a number of stimulating, toning and regenerating properties; it \"boosts\" and re-energises the skin, for a real pick-me-up. Caffeine's stimulant effect on the metabolism is also known as the \"thermogenic effect\".
